Responsibilities
- Join the candidate pool for IT project management positions and potentially be contacted by the recruitment team
- Work closely with the project manager, PO and scrum master assigned to the teams
- Identify key contributors and ensure their work aligns with the team
- Interact with stakeholders across a wide range of fields
- Follow up on and report project progress
- Help eliminate team roadblocks, risks and external issues
- Contribute flexibly to all team work, including tasks outside the main role
- Work on technology, compliance, risk, treasury, finance, communication, human resources, payment, personal financing, digital application, mortgage financing, distribution network, operations, client relations, CRM, business intelligence and analytics projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, project management or other appropriate field
- Experience with medium- to large-scale technology projects in a multidisciplinary environment
- Experience delivering multiple technology projects at the same time
- Project management certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe
- Knowledge of French required
- Knowledge of different project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence and MS Project
