About the role
- Occupational health and safety advisor supporting Desjardins managers and employees with HR advisory services. Diagnosing workplace issues, developing action plans, and analyzing data.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes
- Advise managers to help them identify and implement solutions and practices to address HR management issues
- Help develop and implement objectives, solutions and action plans
- Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports
- Offer managers and employees integrated advisory services in HR areas including organizational design, talent management and acquisition, training and competency development, health management, total compensation, and workplace relations
- Implement HR practices and policies reflecting the organization’s culture and vision
- Advise and assist clients and partners and develop tools, methods and processes
- Propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on organizational objectives and priorities
- Interact with stakeholders working in other fields
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
