Responsibilities
Develop and maintain lasting and trusting business relationships with members and clients
Listen to members’ and clients’ needs, offer advice suited to their financial situation, and help them choose appropriate solutions to meet financial goals
Provide financing solutions for affluent individuals and businesses
Recommend loans and insurance products
Serve as a financing expert advisor and resource person
Apply cross-sector strategies to financing and authorize credit according to established rules
Balance member/client satisfaction, business objectives, profitability, and prudent risk management
Work with partners and experts to design integrated strategies meeting member and client needs
Advise members and clients on the best strategies and identify expected results
Manage business relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, follow up, and identify improvement areas
Stay current on financial services industry developments, market trends, and best practices
Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of one year of relevant experience

Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French is required
