About the role
- Personal Finance Advisor helping Desjardins members and clients reach financial goals. Advising on investments, loans, insurance, and integrated financial strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain lasting and trusting business relationships with members and clients
- Listen to members’ and clients’ needs, offer advice suited to their financial situation, and help them choose appropriate solutions to meet their financial goals
- Advise members and clients on the best strategies and identify expected results
- Manage business relationships and assess member/client satisfaction and service quality
- Follow up and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends, and best practices
- Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community
- Recommend investments, loans, and insurance products
- Balance member/client satisfaction, business objectives, profitability, and prudent risk management
- Work with partners and experts to design integrated strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Available to work one evening per week
