About the role
- Programmer analyst developing, optimizing, and maintaining complex software and infrastructure solutions for Desjardins. Advising teams and coordinating technology initiatives across business and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Advise teams on using technology to develop business solutions and improve delivery velocity
- Develop highly complex execution strategies and analyze, design, and document business products and solutions
- Analyze and develop software products, including design, coding, automation, and testing
- Establish development methods, design patterns, procedures, and IT choices
- Lead documentation writing teams preparing training for peers and users
- Collaborate with business partners and architects to understand objectives and standardize solutions
- Identify system optimization opportunities while considering potential impacts
- Analyze, diagnose, follow up on, and resolve highly complex operational and conceptual problems during major incidents
- Represent teams in dealings with executive management, partners, and outside organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
