- Plan and monitor projects to meet objectives on time and on budget
- Work alongside the project/agile leader and serve as point person for the team
- Provide expertise on project management tools, planning and performance monitoring
- Monitor projects, small programs and small groups of projects for efficiency
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet objectives
- Anticipate issues and trends, suggest solutions and ensure implementation
- Use analysis and assessments to recommend innovative solutions
- Implement Project Delivery Office processes and requirements
- Monitor project scopes, budgets and timelines and produce reports
- Analyze trends and discrepancies and suggest solutions to help the team meet performance indicators
- Assist with risk, issue and document management
- Ensure project management best practices are followed
- Track milestones and key dates for squads and contributors
- Monitor and analyze plans, recommend resource capacity changes and update project plans
- Interact with stakeholders across multiple fields
- Lead and serve as specialist to teams, decision-making bodies and external providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- PMP certification
- Knowledge of French is required
