About the role
- Real estate advisor supporting DuProprio clients with residential property sales, purchases, and renovations. Optimizing marketing strategies and providing personalized advisory service.
Responsibilities
- Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention
- Advise, guide and motivate members and clients regarding specialized programs, tools and solutions
- Handle requests, analyze issues, research solutions and make recommendations on the main aspects of selling real estate
- Optimize property marketing strategy using available tools
- Make overall observations, identify gaps and opportunities, and make appropriate recommendations
- Assist members and clients, attend to their needs and propose personalized solutions
- Help identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement in unit operations
- Stay up to date on the latest standards, products and services in the field
- Monitor the real estate market and interpret traffic statistics to identify trends, opportunities and best practices
- Prospect for, solicit and build lasting business relationships with members and clients
- Help sell products and services and provide services related to the sale, purchase and renovation of residential buildings
- Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality according to organizational standards and procedures
- Assist current and potential clients and represent the organization
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French required, both spoken and written
- Available to work 5 days per week, including evenings and one weekend day
