About the role
- Investment assistant supporting Desjardins advisors with securities account administration. Managing client transactions, account openings, documentation, calendars, and operational requests in hybrid Brossard role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the necessary documentation for member and client meetings
- Manage the advisors’ calendars and voicemail
- Complete account openings, forms and securities transactions as directed by the advisor(s)
- Handle queries, perform necessary research and propose solutions tailored to member and client needs
- Produce reports and statistics and prepare related documents
- Support advisors with administrative and operational tasks involved in securities account management
- Track client account transactions daily and resolve administrative situations
- Maintain regular contact with clients, employees and partners to answer questions, take action and monitor changes in circumstances
- Help meet member and client needs while supporting satisfaction, business growth, risk and compliance management, and adherence to current practices and policies
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
