About the role
- Desjardins securities advisor supporting account management, transactions, documentation, and client service. Hybrid role serving members and clients across Québec locations.
Responsibilities
- Support advisors by performing all administrative and operational tasks involved in securities account management
- Track client account transactions daily and resolve administrative situations
- Maintain close, regular contact with clients, employees and partners to answer questions, take action and monitor changes in circumstances
- Support member and client needs while ensuring satisfaction, business growth, sound risk and compliance management, and adherence to current practices and policies
- Prepare documentation for member and client meetings
- Manage advisors’ calendars and voicemail
- Complete account openings, forms and securities transactions as directed by advisors
- Handle queries, conduct research and propose solutions tailored to member and client needs
- Participate in producing reports and statistics and preparing related documents
Requirements
- General college diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
