About the role
- Security analyst strengthening Desjardins's security posture through risk analysis, governance, and security controls. Supporting clients, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize security measures aligned with corporate objectives
- Plan, implement and oversee security best practices to strengthen Desjardins's security posture
- Help develop Desjardins Group Security Office priorities and governance
- Work across security sub-specialties, including personal information and data protection, information security, physical security, and financial crime and fraud prevention
- Analyze recurring security-related issues
- Support experienced professionals and prepare opinions and implementation plans
- Conduct research and preliminary analysis
- Develop initial outlines of tools and work processes
- Interact with stakeholders in other technology fields
- Provide support to assigned clients and partners
- Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to guide decision-making and monitor management policies and practices
- Coordinate files with stakeholders from various fields
- Analyze risks, write reports, implement recommendations, and maintain logs
- Help prepare and propose action plans to address issues
- Help develop and optimize procedures and implement tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of one years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
