About the role
- Senior Advisor managing complex property management, build-out and safety projects in the financial services sector. Leading strategic projects and advising on building safety and lease management.
Responsibilities
- Advise your clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects and initiatives
- Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
- Negotiate, prepare and draft complex, high-value leases while minimizing transaction costs
- Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives
- Develop budgets and schedules for major projects and monitor them closely
- Represent your unit before decision-making bodies and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
