- Senior business strategy advisor guiding Desjardins’s complex transformation initiatives. Developing strategic plans, policies, recommendations, and business solutions for decision-making bodies.
Responsibilities
- Develop plans and business intelligence
- Monitor business plans and performance
- Set targets and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Design and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with business architecture
- Lead complex and innovative development projects and strategic initiatives
- Recommend planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives
- Advise clients and partners on positioning, planning, development, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives
- Develop and update policies, standards, models, and programs
- Identify, analyze, and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
- Represent the unit before decision-making bodies
- Represent Desjardins's position in agreements with external partners and organizations
- Serve as specialist advisor, subject matter expert, resource person, and coach for decision-making bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
