- Senior business strategy advisor developing business plans, intelligence, and strategic initiatives for Desjardins. Advising leaders and decision-making bodies on complex organizational transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop plans and business intelligence
- Monitor business plans and performance

- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Design and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with business architecture
- Lead and influence development projects and complex, highly innovative strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors
- Develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions
- Recommend planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives
- Advise clients and partners on positioning, planning, development, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives
- Develop and update policies, standards, models, and programs
- Identify, analyze, and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
- Represent the unit before decision-making bodies
- Represent Desjardins’s position in agreements with external partners and organizations
- Serve as expert advisor, subject matter expert, resource person, and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
