- Senior business strategy advisor shaping plans, policies, and complex initiatives at Desjardins financial cooperative. Advising executives and decision-making bodies on strategic direction and execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop plans and business intelligence
- Monitor business plans and performance
- Set targets and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Design and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with business architecture
- Lead and influence development projects and complex strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors
- Develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions

- Advise clients and partners on positioning, planning, development, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives

- Identify, analyze, and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies

- Represent Desjardins’s position in agreements with external partners and organizations
- Serve as expert advisor, subject matter expert, resource person, and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
