About the role
- Senior management information advisor developing strategic data systems, reports, and performance indicators for Desjardins. Leading complex initiatives and advising decision-making bodies.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients and partners to help position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects and initiatives
- Help develop and update performance indicators, measurement tools, policies, processes and programs supporting strategic projects and initiatives
- Monitor and anticipate trends in the specialty area to develop organizational best practices
- Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
- Manage quality assurance and information security for IT environments
- Represent the unit before decision-making bodies
- Represent Desjardins’s position when making agreements with external partners and organizations
- Coordinate and develop a team of professionals
- Extract data and produce reports and indicators by developing and administering information systems
- Analyze and adapt management systems based on changing organizational needs
- Lead complex and innovative development projects and strategic initiatives
- Serve as specialist advisor, subject matter expert, resource person and coach for decision-making bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
