- Senior operational efficiency advisor improving Desjardins business processes and operations. Leading complex strategic initiatives, advising stakeholders, and shaping organizational policies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects and initiatives
- Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support the unit’s strategic projects and initiatives
- Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
- Monitor the industry to understand and anticipate trends in the specialty area and make recommendations
- Represent the unit before decision-making bodies
- Represent Desjardins’s position when making agreements with external partners and organizations
- Serve as a specialist advisor and subject matter expert, resource person, and coach for decision-making bodies
- Lead development projects and complex, innovative strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
