About the role
- Senior Implementation Advisor coordinating retirement-plan implementations for Desjardins, North America's largest cooperative financial group. Managing stakeholders, timelines, client requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the best solutions and strategies and determine target outcomes
- Develop detailed action plans with project stakeholders and monitor progress
- Support project teams and coordinate follow-up for all activities
- Work with clients to obtain plan details and clarify requirements
- Identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Recommend technology solutions and provide clients with administrative support
- Assess whether project objectives have been achieved
- Participate in the bidding process and meetings with finalists
- Lead or support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in project management
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English
- Advanced knowledge of group retirement savings products
- Ability to advise clients on solutions and strategies
- Project management and stakeholder coordination experience
