About the role
- Senior wealth management advisor serving Desjardins’ affluent members and clients. Advising on savings, investments, financial strategies, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Serve, solicit, develop, and maintain business relationships with mass-affluent Signature Service members and clients
- Advise and assist members and clients in executing strategies using the 360° approach, including savings and investments, in line with established plans
- Work closely with the senior wealth management advisor as a partner in maintaining client and expert-partner relationships
- Offer premium support to members and clients
- Carry out and follow up on strategies
- Make recommendations to ensure member and client satisfaction and support business growth
- Ensure sound risk and compliance management and compliance with practices and policies
- Maintain close, regular contact with members, clients, and their associates to conduct business development activities for the 360° approach
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Registration with the CIRO as a registered representative
- Financial planning designation
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
