About the role
- Management information technician extracting data, developing systems, and producing reports for Desjardins. Supporting technical projects, operational processes, and user training in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Extract data and produce reports and indicators for the organization
- Develop and administer information systems
- Analyze and help adapt management systems based on changing organizational needs
- Provide technical support for projects and complex operational issues
- Carry out specialized technical studies, research and analysis
- Serve as a resource person for solutions and action plans
- Produce and validate management reports and analysis
- Help develop, roll out and maintain software and manual and automated processes

Requirements
- General college diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
