About the role
- Turnaround and recovery technician managing distressed loans, bad debt, and guarantees for Desjardins. Providing technical analysis, operational support, and recovery initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor and resolve distressed loans and bad debt
- Extend guarantees
- Serve as technical expert and provide discipline-specific support for unit activities, initiatives and processes
- Research and analyze processes, information management and data processing
- Provide technical support for projects and complex operational issues
- Carry out specialized technical studies, research and analysis
- Serve as resource person for the submission of solutions and action plans
- Contribute to turnaround and recovery initiatives
- Prepare technical notes to enhance users' and teams' skills and knowledge
- Help practitioners follow unit standards and processes and use business solutions, tools and systems
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
