About the role
- Advisory Agent helping Desjardins members with banking transactions, digital tools, and fraud support. Promoting products and services while strengthening member relationships.
Responsibilities
- Improve the experience of members and customers by advising them on banking transactions
- Promote Desjardins products and services
- Act as an ambassador for digital solutions
- Support members and clients by identifying applications and technological tools that help them complete transactions independently
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities and refer them to appropriate partners
Requirements
- Regardless of your experience or education, willingness to work in the financial services industry
- Ability to advise members and clients on banking transactions
- Ability to promote Desjardins products and services
- Ability to help members use technological tools safely
- Ability to support members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities and refer them to appropriate partners
