Food Service Associate serving customers, preparing food and beverages, and supporting cashier functions for Dexterra Group’s dining operations. Maintaining food safety and client service standards.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves and perform job tasks associated with the assigned location
Prepare food and beverage items
Serve customers and support cashier functions
Record time-temperature-sensitive food items and equipment temperatures
Maintain cleanliness of the work area
Follow health and safety regulations and FoodSafe/ServeSafe procedures
Provide exceptional customer service and respond professionally to questions and concerns
Direct customer concerns to higher levels of management as needed
Report to the Account Manager
Represent Dexterra Signature Dining through goodwill, ethics, and strong client relations
