About the role

  • Asset Sales co-op supporting equipment valuation, lien searches, documentation, and remarketing tools at DLL, a global asset finance company. Assisting sales specialists with training, ERP transition, and AI-enabled sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Update and add to the Inventory Database
  • Assist where necessary in the Asset Sales process
  • Produce necessary sales documentation
  • Perform equipment valuation where required
  • Perform lien searches and identify and assist in clearing liens
  • Manage the email queue, forwarding and prioritizing as necessary
  • Train Sales Specialists in the use of new sales and inventory tools
  • Produce training documentation
  • Develop tools for the Sales/Remarketing process
  • Organize and transfer data into remarketing tools
  • Assist with valuation and documentation of sales
  • Use leasing-related programs and assist in transitioning to a new ERP program
  • Assist with introducing AI into the sales and valuation process

Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely and independently, in a virtual team environment, and in-office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay focused
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to improve processes and increase growth capacity
  • Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
  • Must be enrolled in a recognized post-secondary institution
  • Must be eligible to participate in a co-op work term
  • Bilingual French/English is an asset
