About the role

  • Global benefits analyst supporting US, Canadian, and international programs at Docebo, an AI-powered learning platform. Managing benefits data, leave administration, employee inquiries, and wellbeing communications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with routine administration of US and Canadian benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and RRSP
  • Support employee onboarding and open enrollment logistics
  • Learn and support leave of absence administration, including US FMLA/STD and Canadian provincial leaves
  • Support workplace accommodation administration by logging files, tracking timelines, and coordinating documentation
  • Serve as a frontline contact for routine employee benefit questions and escalate complex queries
  • Cross-check monthly carrier billing statements against Dayforce HRIS data
  • Ensure accuracy of enrollment numbers and payroll deductions
  • Use AI tools to streamline data entry, draft employee communications, and manage tasks
  • Support international data projects
  • Organize and draft communications for company-wide health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Report to the Senior Director, Global Total Rewards, with daily operational guidance and mentorship from the Senior Global Benefits Specialist

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Up to 1 year of experience; recent graduates and co-op/internship candidates encouraged
  • Comfort with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of basic formulas, PIVOT/VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and data formatting
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn enterprise HRIS platforms such as Dayforce
  • Proactive interest in using AI tools
  • Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and respond to constructive feedback
  • Customer-focused and highly organized
  • Exposure to basic US or Canadian HR and benefits concepts is an asset
