About the role

  • Enterprise Marketing Manager driving net-new, expansion, and partner pipeline for Docebo’s AI-powered learning platform. Building account-based campaigns for enterprise and government buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new enterprise pipeline through multi-channel programs, including partner marketing, ABM, digital, field events, direct mail, and coordinated outbound
  • Build account-based programs using intent data and buying signals to prioritize in-market accounts and reach buying committees
  • Partner with enterprise AMs, AEs, and BDRs on targeting, messaging, cadences, and pipeline reviews
  • Own enterprise cross-sell and upsell programs by identifying new buying groups within existing accounts
  • Support enterprise federal campaigns through content syndication, event execution, targeted account lists, and campaign support
  • Run partner campaigns and co-hosted events with selected enterprise and government partners
  • Use AI to scale effective marketing activities
  • Measure pipeline created, influenced, and accelerated, with attribution across new business, expansion, and partner-sourced pipeline
  • Change course when campaigns, channels, or partners are not producing results

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with enterprise buyers at organizations with 5,000+ employees
  • Demonstrated measurable pipeline and revenue results across new business, expansion, and cross-sell
  • Fluency in intent data, buying signals, and account engagement scoring
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams, including pipeline reviews and shared accountability
  • Curiosity and aptitude for tools such as UserGems, UserLed, Influ2, ReachDesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Claude, and Outreach
  • Active application of AI in marketing
  • Experience with field events, government or public-sector accounts, AWS Marketplace, or systems-integrator partnerships is a bonus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without current or future visa sponsorship
