  • Coordinate design and agency partners
  • Own program naming, tracking, and reporting
  • Report directly to the VP of PLG and collaborate with the lifecycle marketing lead

  • In the first 90 days, ship an owned campaign, contribute to renewal automation, and establish reporting
  • Within one year, own a mature lifecycle program set, prove measurable impact, and help scale the function

Requirements

  • Track record of owning campaigns end to end: strategy, build, QA, and send
  • Experience shipping programs that moved activation, retention, or renewal conversion metrics

  • Experience with audience builds, program/campaign setup, suppressions, contact governance, pre-send QA, live proofs, and launch monitoring
  • Ability to validate record-level data and targeting logic with data teams
  • Ability to translate technical products or raw usage signals into credible messaging for developers or admins
  • Familiarity with developer ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, or complex multi-product software platforms
  • Senior-level judgment and independent ownership as an individual contributor
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, data, design, agency, BDR, and renewals partners
