About the role
- Agency Enablement Associate supporting Shopify agencies using Alia, Dotdigital’s e-commerce engagement platform. Managing Slack support, partner activation, troubleshooting, and relationship building during EST hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to agency partner questions and issues in Slack throughout EST business hours
- Help activate new agency partners by guiding them through setup and platform onboarding
- Troubleshoot partner issues, escalate to the appropriate internal team, and follow up until resolution
- Track partner questions, issues, and activation status to maintain visibility into partner health
- Build relationships with agency partners and position Alia as a true partner
- Identify recurring questions and friction points to improve documentation, onboarding, or the product
- Support the broader partnerships team with ad hoc projects as the program grows
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately through Slack
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-touch environment with shifting priorities
- Naturally organized and able to track multiple conversations and partner statuses
- Curious and proactive, with a focus on identifying and resolving root causes
- Availability and responsiveness during EST business hours
- Interest in ecommerce, Shopify, or the agency world is a plus, but not required
