Events director leading EverPro’s SaaS event portfolio, including 130+ tradeshows, conferences, SKO, and Presidents Club. Driving pipeline, customer engagement, ROI, and team performance.
Responsibilities
Lead the events function end to end across the EverPro portfolio
Own events strategy, annual calendar, budget, measurement framework, and ROI
Manage 130+ tradeshows, regional shows, and field events annually
Set standards for booth strategy, staffing, lead capture, execution, and follow-up
Build playbooks and manage vendor relationships
Plan and execute multiple user conferences, including venues, agendas, speakers, sponsorships, and production
Lead a large industry event and coordinate sponsorship and executive presence
Own Sales Kickoff and Presidents Club planning, logistics, budgets, and experiences
Lead, coach, and scale an in-house team of eight events managers and planners
Manage venues, production partners, booth builders, travel providers, agencies, and vendors
Own event budget efficiency and report cost per lead, cost per opportunity, pipeline, revenue influence, and customer outcomes
Partner with sales, product marketing, brand, customer marketing, and finance
Ensure consistent event experiences across brands and represent events in company-wide planning
Travel significantly to events across North America and to the Denver headquarters
Requirements
10+ years in event marketing / event management, with 3–5+ years leading and developing teams
Proven track record managing a high-volume tradeshow calendar (100+ events/year) across multiple brands, verticals, or regions
Direct experience owning flagship programs — user conferences, large industry events, internal sales kickoffs, or incentive/president's club trips — end to end
Strong budget and vendor management skills
Track record of building and leading high-performing in-house teams and managing agencies and vendor partners to results
Excellent executive communication
Must be eligible to work without sponsorship
Preferred: Experience in SMB-focused SaaS, subscription, or multi-brand portfolio businesses
Preferred: Familiarity with home, field, or professional services verticals
Preferred: Experience with event management, registration, and reporting platforms, and connecting event data to CRM and pipeline reporting
