Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers and technicians in delivering projects
Meet with clients and coordinate team efforts with other disciplines
Manage the budgets and resources allocated to each assignment
Oversee the administrative management of projects, including invoicing, collections, and contract administration
Participate in the design and preparation of plans and specifications
Supervise deliverables, including reports, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules
Participate in preparing proposals and work plans
Establish and maintain working relationships with colleagues, clients, contractor partners, suppliers, and subcontractors
Perform all other duties related to the position

Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec as a Professional Engineer
Have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in bridges and structures
Have a strong knowledge of the requirements of the Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable (MTMD) and the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI)
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, leadership, and excellent communication abilities
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage teams
