About the role
- BOM Analyst managing manufacturing BOMs, ERP/PLM data, and engineering changes. Supporting Expleo’s high-impact aerospace projects across cross-functional operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update manufacturing Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on engineering specifications and production requirements.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of technical/product data between ERP and PLM systems.
- Track, coordinate, and implement Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Quality teams.
- Maintain traceability of product and BOM changes.
- Generate and maintain documentation and reports required for manufacturing operations.
- Support operational activities across ERP and PLM systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement of product data management processes.
Requirements
- Strong BOM Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with PLM and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and Oracle NetSuite is an important asset.
- Solid understanding of Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECO).
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to take ownership while coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Open to experienced technicians; an engineering degree is not required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience ideally within automotive, powersports, or mobility industries.
- Strong knowledge of BOM structures and engineering change processes.
- Experience with ERP and PLM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Arena, Windchill, or equivalent.
- Education in Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong ability to collaborate with technical and operational teams.
