Responsibilities
Join a candidate pool for student and new graduate Human Resources roles across various EDC teams
Support HR areas including Talent Acquisition, Employee Care, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Learning and Development, ID&E, and HR Analytics
Participate in internships and co-op programs beginning with four-month Winter work terms, potentially extended based on business needs
Build cross-functional professional networks
Identify and pursue opportunities for improvement and innovation
Continuously learn and grow through coaching and mentoring
Work in a high-performing, fast-paced, flexible environment using technology
Report to EDC hubs across Canada
Attend interviews during the October–December 2026 rolling recruitment period if selected
Requirements
Currently in or recently graduated from an HR program at university or college, or a related program with an HR focus
Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program, eligible for up to one year after completion of studies
Available for 8 months or more; roles are available for 4-month terms, with preference for extended availability
Previous work-term experience related to field of study
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Motivated self-starter with good organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Knowledge of both official languages is an asset and may be required for certain positions
Able to work legally in Canada at the time of application (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Work Permit)
Must meet requisite government security screening requirements
