About the role

Responsibilities

  • Update and quality-check training materials, presentations, communications, and documents
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and brand compliance of content
  • Organize files and clearly identify the most recent versions
  • Support the publication of the weekly sales newsletter, including coordinating, editing, formatting, and validating submissions
  • Maintain and organize SharePoint content
  • Ensure the accuracy of training records
  • Manage competing deadlines and communicate work progress
  • Raise issues as they arise and seek additional tasks when priorities are on track
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts and partners across EDC

Requirements

  • Canadian citizenship or permanent residence in Canada; a valid visa/work permit may also be accepted, subject to eligibility criteria
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program, or graduated within the past year
  • Relevant field of study: business administration, marketing, human resources, commerce, or international business
  • Fluency in both official languages
  • Meet government security screening requirements at the required level
  • Work experience or participation in a co-op program in a related field (an asset)
  • Strong professional ethics, initiative, and sound judgment (assets)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team (an asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with Canva or Adobe (an additional asset)
  • Experience in the financial services sector or with a federal Crown corporation (an asset)
