Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate implementation activities
- Contribute to the development of implementation strategies and plans
- Analyze the organizational impacts of new features and process changes
- Establish transition, deployment, and user adoption/support plans
- Coordinate implementation activities and align stakeholders during deployments
- Validate the availability of environments, tools, and content
- Participate in Go‑Live and post‑Go‑Live activities and coordinate hypercare after releases
- Produce deployment reports and lessons learned
- Assess training needs and define appropriate pedagogical approaches
- Adapt content for different user profiles
- Identify adoption challenges and propose mitigation strategies
- Design and produce training materials, guides, procedures, reference documents, and microlearning modules
- Develop learning scenarios related to project, program, and portfolio management
- Keep user documentation up to date
- Prepare and deliver training in-person, virtually, or in hybrid formats
- Evaluate learning outcomes and the effectiveness of training
- Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams and super-users
- Support managers and teams in adopting new practices
- Provide close post-implementation support and advise users
- Contribute to resolving functional issues and document problems
- Contribute to communication and change management strategies
- Monitor adoption and satisfaction indicators and make recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, management, or a related field
- At least 15 years of experience in information technology
- At least 5 years' experience in the past 10 years as an implementation consultant
- At least 5 years' experience in the past 10 years in training or a related instructional role
- Proven experience in strategy within complex environments involving multiple administrative units or organizations
- Experience in Agile project management (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD, or SAFe) or hybrid Agile+Waterfall approaches
- At least 2 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations
- Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management
- Experience with Microsoft project management tools
- Experience in organizational transformation programs or projects
- Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex information
- Strong information structuring skills
- Strong client orientation and collaborative approach
- Ability to manage multiple deployments or user groups simultaneously
- Experience designing training programs for complex technological or organizational environments
- Experience in instructional design / learning engineering
- Significant experience training on Microsoft solutions or integrated systems (ERP, CRM, PPM, EPM, Dynamics 365, Project Online, Project Operations, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of adult learning principles (andragogy)
- Experience collaborating with subject-matter experts and multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of change management and digital adoption practices
- Experience creating learning paths for different user categories
- Experience providing post-training support and adoption assistance
- Experience developing both digital and traditional training materials
- Experience delivering in-person, virtual, and hybrid training
- Experience transferring knowledge to support teams or super-users
- Experience measuring training effectiveness and organizational adoption
- Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, instructional design, learning engineering, Articulate, Microsoft Learning/MCT, change management, PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are assets but not required
