About the role
- Conseiller PCO soutenant la planification, le contrôle et la gouvernance de projets chez Exposant 3. Pilotage d’outils Microsoft, contrôle qualité des données et rapports Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Office project managers in developing and updating project plans
- Follow up with Project Office managers regarding operational activities, maintenance, and the evolution of the project management solution
- Monitor capacity and assignments of resources working on projects
- Ensure quality control of data presented in management and budget tools and reports
- Update and file Project Office documentation
- Assist in preparing project status reports and executive reports
- Assist with administration of project initiation and closure tasks
- Track approvals of timesheets
- Manage tools for handling project requests and opportunities
- Support team members with tools and procedures
- Develop and leverage Power BI reports
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience as a PCO within the last five (5) years
- At least two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years using project management tools
- Experience with Microsoft tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, MS Lists, Power Automate, and Planner
- Proficiency in Power BI
