About the role
- Nurse Practitioner delivering asynchronous menopause and women’s health care through Felix’s digital healthcare platform. Supporting Canadian patients with remote assessments, laboratory testing, and ongoing updates.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual healthcare as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in menopause and women’s health
- Deliver care through Felix’s digital healthcare platform
- Address patient updates by logging in at least every 48 hours
- Provide a minimum of 4 hours per week on the platform
- Order laboratory testing using a provincial billing number
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with the applicable provincial or territorial code of conduct
- Communicate with patients asynchronously through written messages
- Collaborate with Felix’s engineering and clinical support teams
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in at least one Canadian province, preferably with multiple province licensure
- Member in good standing of the College(s) where you hold the title of Nurse Practitioner
- Physically located in Canada
- Billing number required for ordering laboratory testing
- At least 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience
- Demonstrated experience providing menopause care
- Additional certifications or training in menopause or women’s health are a plus
- Available to provide a minimum of 4 hours per week on the platform
- Log in a minimum of every 48 hours to address patient updates
- Maintain confidentiality and follow the governing body’s code of conduct
- Experience in telemedicine
- Experience in weight loss and metabolic health, mental health, erectile dysfunction, and birth control care are assets
- Proficient understanding of technology, EMRs, and remote work
- Must be adaptable and open to change
- Required to be incorporated or willing to become incorporated
