About the role

  • Customer Activation Manager helping Canadian businesses activate Float’s financial operating system. Driving onboarding, spend adoption, implementation, and revenue outcomes across customer accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of customer activations from handoff to go-live within a 120-day activation window
  • Ensure customers achieve 80%+ onboarded spend penetration and complete full implementation of the Float platform
  • Drive early ROI, value realization, product adoption, and lasting customer success
  • Guide customers toward usage, behaviors, and outcomes that maximize revenue and product impact
  • Manage multiple activations in parallel and coordinate milestones across Sales, Product, and Risk
  • Anticipate and remove blockers while maintaining customer momentum and confidence
  • Continuously improve Float’s activation playbook, automation, and scalable activation processes

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken
  • 3–5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or solutions within SaaS or fintech
  • Proven experience driving commercial or consumption-based activation metrics
  • Strong technical aptitude with integrations, payment workflows, and APIs
  • Ability to connect product adoption to measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing, high-growth environments
  • Experience in consumption-based business models, finance or payments, or revenue-driven customer success is nice to have
  • Finance experience in fintech or financial operations/accounting is nice to have
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Must currently reside in Canada
  • Candidates located in the GTA will be prioritized
