About the role
- Night-shift Manufacturing Operator producing pharmaceutical and cosmetic bulk products for Galderma’s global dermatology portfolio. Operating automated equipment while following cGMP, safety, and quality procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manufacture bulk products in strict compliance with procedures, safety rules, standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Manufacture pharmaceutical and cosmetic products using automated equipment
- Ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and established protocols
- Update all activity-related documentation according to current procedures, in compliance with cGMPs
- Record production time in the Horoquartz system and justify any discrepancies
- Work interactively with all support functions (warehouse, Quality Assurance (QA), validation, safety, etc.)
- Prepare, assemble, disassemble, and clean work equipment
- Weigh raw materials specified in a recipe according to GMPs
- Perform manual cleaning or NEP (CIP) cleaning of the workstation and equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement of the workstation
Requirements
- DES, AEC, or DEC in a discipline related to the position
- Relevant experience with automated equipment and systems in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector is an asset
- Commitment to following procedures, safety rules, standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism
