Production packaging operator running and maintaining automated and manual equipment. Supporting Galderma’s dermatology manufacturing quality, safety, and production operations.
About the role
- Aide-opérateur de jour sur lignes de fabrication dermatologique chez Galderma. Préparation des cuves, pompes, articles de conditionnement et soutien aux opérateurs.
Responsibilities
- Verify line clearance: cleanliness and absence of items
- Disassemble and reassemble pumps
- Bring the tank to the line and verify its identification
- Connect the tank to the filling machine, pressurize the tank and prime the product
- Enter data into the scales' statistical system
- Load packaging materials
- Record quantities produced
- Retrieve leftover items and calculate their quantities
- Provide support to operators
- Be available to work in the wash area when called
- Perform any other related tasks requested by the supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma (DES) or college certificate (AEC) in a discipline related to the role
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector is an asset
- Adherence to procedures, safety rules, standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Strong organizational skills, rigor and professionalism
