Production packaging operator running and maintaining automated and manual equipment. Supporting Galderma’s dermatology manufacturing quality, safety, and production operations.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain packaging equipment
Work safely at all times
Maintain order, organization and cleanliness (ORP) of the workstation and equipment
Operate multiple automated or manual production lines
Follow current procedures and work instructions
Complete task-related documentation
Use a manufacturing execution system (MES), e.g., POMS
Participate in manual cleaning of the workstation and feed lines
Notify the supervisor in case of unusual situations or deviations from procedures
Adhere to hygiene standards and prevent microbiological contamination
Ensure production quality and supervise support personnel
Record production times and meet standard lead times
Contribute to continuous improvement of the workstation
Collaborate with support departments (Warehouse, QA, Validation, Safety, etc.)
Support cleaning of equipment and accessories in the wash area
Requirements
High school diploma
Basic electronics and/or mechanical knowledge is an asset
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical environments
Computer skills
