About the role

Responsibilities
- Participate in daily meetings with the development and quality assurance teams
- Develop and maintain web application features using C#/ASP.NET Core and TypeScript/Angular
- Diagnose and fix bugs to ensure product stability and quality
- Analyze and resolve production issues in collaboration with support teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the application’s architecture, maintainability, and performance
- Write and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality of releases
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the team’s practices, processes, and tooling
- Independently analyze complex problems and propose sustainable solutions
- Work closely with quality assurance and, when required, with the user experience team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in software development and/or web development
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand complex problems
- Interest in modern development tools, including AI-assisted tooling
- Strong team spirit and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming and software development best practices
- Solid experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Understanding of asynchronous programming, application performance, and the design of maintainable software
- Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular or an equivalent framework
- Experience with client-side state management (NgXS, NgRx or equivalent)
- Experience with npm/yarn, esbuild/vite or equivalent
- Experience with REST APIs and WebSockets
- Experience with Git and collaborative development environments
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in an existing application
- Experience with automated testing and practices that promote software quality
- Ability to navigate a mature codebase and contribute to its continuous improvement
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Microsoft SQL Server, PowerShell, networking concepts, Microsoft Azure, and AI-assisted development tools is an asset
