About the role
- Sr. Tech Lead developing and managing Workday integrations for Genpact, an AI and technology solutions company. Leading ERP projects and configuring enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand their strategies, challenges, and goals
- Manage and coordinate projects end to end, ensuring successful completion
- Craft and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
- Develop Workday integrations
- Work across all project phases, including fit/gap
- Handle PII, compensation, and confidential data
- Configure Workday security
- Work with EIB, Workday Web Services API, XML, XSLT, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, CCTPP PICOF/PECI, custom reports, and calculated fields
- Apply functional knowledge across finance, procurement, expenses, projects, revenue management, inventory, reporting, and asset management modules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master’s degree in Software Engineering
- English proficiency at C2 level
- Experience with Workday integrations development
- Understanding of Workday integration execution/launch parameters
- Project management experience for ERP projects
- Experience handling PII, compensation, and confidential data
- Knowledge of security configuration in Workday
- Experience across all project phases, including fit/gap
- Hands-on integration experience with EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Knowledge of Workday Web Services API, XML, and XSLT
- Experience with Core Connectors—Worker and Payroll, and PECI Connector
- Experience with Cloud Connect for Worker and CCB
- Experience with CCTPP PICOF/PECI
- Experience with custom reports and calculated fields
- Linux/Shell scripting knowledge
- Functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Revenue Management, Inventory, Financial Reporting, and Asset Management
- Required skills: Actimize, Agile Methodology, Workday, Workday Integration, and Workday Software
- Oracle Certified Professional certification and BUILD-IT/JAVA certification listed
