Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Java developers in the design and development of software applications
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in Java development best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Analyze and optimize application performance and scalability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends to drive innovation and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- Master's degree in Software Engineering listed among qualifications
- Oracle Certified Java Associate certification required
- Proficiency in Agile Methodology, Apache Kafka, Core Java, Java APIs, and JDBC
- English language proficiency required at Proficient - C2 level
