Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Review and test team members’ code
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Participate in team meetings and provide project status updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master’s degree in Software Engineering
- English proficiency required at C2 level
