Responsibilities
Collaborate with team leaders, regional market leaders, service line leaders, and business group leaders to support water-related projects in Eastern Canada, across North America, and internationally
Build and mentor a team of water engineering professionals
Participate in business development, industry conferences and events, and the pursuit, acquisition, and delivery of projects
Foster collaboration across business groups and service lines to ensure seamless service delivery
Support the development of proposals to win targeted contracts
Manage and lead the delivery of technical projects, ensuring client satisfaction, safety, and compliance with scope, schedule, and budget
Travel occasionally for site visits and to meet with clients during the design and construction phases
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil, chemical, environmental, water resources engineering, or a related discipline
Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
Hold a valid ASP Construction card
10 years of experience in water engineering and project management, including 5 years of team management experience in project delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop, mentor, and lead professional technical staff
Master’s degree in civil, chemical, environmental, water resources engineering, or a related discipline is an asset
PMP certification or a related degree in engineering management is an asset
