Responsibilities
- Program planning and execution.
- Establish and maintain project plans, including scope, milestones, resources, risks, and performance metrics.
- Drive day-to-day execution, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and adjust plans as program priorities evolve.
- Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and in accordance with contractual commitments and internal cost objectives.
- Provide structured reporting and clear project visibility to both clients and internal management.
- Work with Product Development to align customer needs and project requirements with the product roadmap and future capabilities.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure resource availability, deployment planning, and proper execution of service delivery activities.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on schedules, dependencies, and technical risks.
- Support client projects by ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives, deliverables, and expectations.
- Contribute to building strong client relationships based on trust, transparency, and operational reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management or service delivery in the Space or Defense sector.
- Strong operational service delivery experience, ideally in critical or high-reliability environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product Development and Operations teams in a technical context.
- Demonstrated customer management skills, with experience handling complex public sector or defense accounts.
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, with rapidly evolving processes and high execution demands.
- Excellent communication skills, technical understanding, and cross-functional leadership.
