About the role

  • Part-time Talent Evaluator conducting final interviews for Donna, which provides Executive Assistants and specialized remote talent across North America. Assessing readiness, communication, professionalism, and client-facing presence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 20 to 30-minute virtual final interviews with Executive Assistant candidates
  • Assess English fluency, communication style, confidence, professionalism, real-time thinking and response ability
  • Evaluate candidates' readiness to communicate with North American executives
  • Assess cultural alignment and client-facing presence
  • Complete star-rating feedback and written notes in Workable ATS with a recommendation on whether to endorse candidates for the training stage
  • Flag borderline cases with reasoning to maintain consistent decisions as volume scales
  • Collaborate with Donna's Recruitment Team, specifically the Recruiting Lead, on final hiring decisions when needed
  • Maintain a professional and respectful candidate experience regardless of outcome

Requirements

  • Native English speaker based in the United States or Canada
  • Strong understanding of North American workplace communication and business culture
  • Professional background in a North American corporate environment
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and judgment skills
  • Ability to provide objective, well-written candidate evaluations
  • Reliable and organized enough to consistently complete interviews and feedback on schedule
  • Nice to have: experience in interviewing, recruiting, hiring, talent assessment, corporate training, client management, executive or administrative support, or coaching professionals
  • Nice to have: HR, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, Operations, or Executive Leadership experience
  • Nice to have: startup or remote work experience
  • Must successfully complete approximately 20 hours of paid calibration training before being officially hired as an independent contractor
