About the role
- Intake Consultant guiding Canadians into Homewood Health’s evidence-based mental health and addiction treatment programs. Managing admissions, client payments, Salesforce leads, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking access to the national continuum of treatment services
- Identify the best-fit services for expressed client needs and articulate program value to convert interest into admission
- Collaborate with Clinical, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to address client needs and progress treatment admissions
- Manage leads within Salesforce and other sales tracking software
- Set up clients in financial software, draft and forward payment agreements, and process payments
- Participate in team meetings and support national sales colleagues
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for processes and applications related to proposed enhancements
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a Health-related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in a professional business environment or health-related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and lead tracking software, including Salesforce
- Ability to work well with others and take responsibility for actions and decisions
- Openness to new ideas and ways of working, including supporting sustainable practices
- Detail-oriented and accurate work style
- Business acumen
- Intermediate telephonic skills in crisis assessment
