About the role
- Implementation Specialist installing Club Caddie golf course management software. Managing client projects, system configuration, training, customizations, milestones, and professional services billing.
Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings with clients after the sale of Club Caddie software and lead collection of data and information needed to structure purchased systems
- Create and manage project plans for each client, detailing tasks required for timely software installation
- Lead client communications throughout the software setup process to obtain feedback and approval
- Structure Club Caddie software systems according to clients’ needs and specifications using golf course operations knowledge
- Train clients on Club Caddie software systems and relevant add-on modules
- Create specialized client documents detailing customizations
- Manage key deliverables and project milestones
- Provide cost and time estimates for additional development work and bill clients for professional services
- Work with the Director of Education & Training to ensure training material is delivered to operators
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior Club Caddie experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience as an Implementation Specialist or in a related field
- Intimate knowledge of golf course operations and golf course management systems
- Familiarity with competitors’ software functionality
- 3+ years of golf course operation experience
- Sound technical knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite or related tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written, spoken, non-verbal communication, and presentation skills
