About the role
- Oracle Cloud Financials consultant delivering ERP implementations for Huron, a global consultancy. Designing solutions, configuring systems, testing integrations, and supporting clients.
Responsibilities
- Implement Oracle Cloud Financials hands-on, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery
- Partner with clients to design future-state business processes and functional solution designs
- Execute or oversee configuration, testing, and training/end-user support
- Partner with technical teams to guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise
- Deliver project work streams, manage work plans, perform analytics and reporting, and interface with clients through presentations
- Collaborate with client staff and leadership
- Manage and mentor junior Huron staff
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP
- Experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
