About the role

  • Expert systèmes, réseaux et sécurité déployant et administrant les solutions de cybersécurité d’I-TRACING. Maintien des infrastructures critiques, gestion des incidents et automatisation des opérations à Montréal.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation, administration, monitoring, and enhancement of security solutions for large enterprise clients
  • Ensuring the operational readiness of critical security infrastructures (T0) and associated components
  • Monitoring systems and services, including availability, performance, and capacity tracking
  • Handling, analyzing, resolving, and tracking technical incidents
  • Participating in patch management and corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities
  • Hardening and securing infrastructures, including configurations, network flows, administrative access, protocols, and certificates
  • Managing privileged access, technical accounts, and authentication and administration components
  • Performing pre-change and pre-production checks and tests, post-deployment verification, and rollback planning
  • Conducting backup, restoration, and service continuity activities for critical components
  • Collaborating with systems, network, IAM, Active Directory, SOC, cloud, and security teams
  • Updating operating procedures, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Monitoring vulnerabilities, audit recommendations, and compliance gaps
  • Driving continuous improvement and automating operational tasks through scripts or small-scale development
  • Contributing to the growth of the Canadian subsidiary in the Canadian market

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in security, systems, and networking
  • Comfortable working in critical technical environments and interested in infrastructure-related challenges
  • Proactive, curious, rigorous, and eager to understand how systems work in depth
  • Comfortable investigating incidents, analyzing problems, and working with multiple technical teams
  • Interested in automation and small-scale development that can improve operations
  • Committed to ongoing technology monitoring and learning
  • Systems skills: Windows, Linux, VMware
  • Networking and IP services skills: DNS, proxy, NAC, LDAP/AD, bastion hosts
  • Security skills: firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, SIEM, authentication, database security, vulnerability management, DLP, DDoS protection, PKI, EDR
  • Log management experience is an asset
  • Strong English proficiency is required to communicate with clients, international teams, and vendors
